Automotive Test

The shown application is a function test system for the automotive sector. The devices to be tested are tripping sensors for roll-over bars in luxury class cabriolets.

The UUTs are adapted into a mobile holder. This holder simulates the possible rollover situations and the reaction of the UUTs is measured.

The measurement system and the control system are designed based on PXI components by leading manufacturers.
The customized user interface was designed with the help of powerful development tools.
Additional to the standard functions system specific control and display functions were implemented.
