Active Run-in test

The shown application is a function test system for industry electronics.

The UUTs that are used in industrial trucks warm up by their own power and that way are active run-in tested in their own test compartments.

The UUT holders are equipped with high current contact pins.
In the whole system currents up to 400 A DC are processed.

The PC based test system facilitates the employment of decentral electronic measuring equipment by communication via CAN-bus. The testing is done parallel

• PC-based test system with decentral electronic measuring equipment
• Parallel test with communication via Can-Bus
• Currents up to 400 A DC are processed in the system
• Use of high voltage contact pins for a continuous current of 50 A each
