The test system software offered by Schneider & Koch includes all functions needed for electrical test solutions in a modern electronic production. The three basic modules give the user a wide range of useful and powerful tools to create customized test solutions.
ATE-CAD
The CAD-Data converter ATE-CAD provides extremely flexible format conversion and easy adaptation to different CAD systems. It converts the CAD-Data to a format for the In-Circuit-Test-Solution integrated in our customized systems and can be adopted to different types of test systems, e.g. Rohde&Schwarz CTSVP, Digitaltest MTS, etc.ATE-Production
ATE-Production is a sequencer to control and execute test sequences. It can be used for In-Circuit test , function test, End of Line test or combination test. ATE-Production offers a flexible architecture to develop test steps in a wide range of modern languages such as National Instruments LabView, LabWindows/CVI, Visual-Basic or Visual-C.ATE-Production works in different setups for the development and production site. The programmer has all tools needed to develop and debug his test programs and the operator all the information needed for testing boards or modules.
For the use in production ATE-Production includes a customized operator interface. Schneider & Koch delivers a standard operator interface that can be used for all the input and output of data needed for the test process.

The software tool PMFA
gives the programmer all the information he needs to verify the quality of the test program. For each masurement he can see values of cp and cpk. Based on this data he can optimize the tests to get a high accurycy and repeatability.

ATE-Repair
The repair station software ATE-Repair completes the software package of Schneider & Koch. The repair station softare gives the operator all the information an data needed for efficient fault finding and repair. The repair station is easy to adapt to different failure report formats. So it can be used with other test equipment such as ICT or Flying.Probe systems.- Display of repair data and additional information from the test program such as comments, fail messages, values and tolerances. In combination with the optional board-display software LVBoard, a helpful tool to locate the faulty device on the board is available.
- Display of the boards repair history. This is very helpful with functional tests with several test runs and repairs. That way the operator can verify at any given time all steps of the repair work.
