AOI System - LVCompact
At customer's demand a new compact AOI system was developed.
The AOI system LVCompact with it's performance as a standalone tabletop unit for a fair price is especially interesting for:
- Limited-lot production and pre-production
- Repair station
- Initial sample test
- Incoming goods inspection
The system comes with an operating range of 250mm x 350mm that is captured by means of a X/Y moving unit with ProgressiveScan cameras. The software is completly adopted from the mature system LaserVision and therefore offers the same advantages, such as comfortable creation of testprograms from the CAD-data, statistics, offline programming as well as the possibility for a seperated repair station.
An integrated user guidance, a so called "Wizard" leads the the user step by step through the whole process of CAD-data conversion. After each step the current intermediate result is visable and can be checked and corrected if necessary. This new function facilitates an easy test program creation with substantial time saving. The model type library is backed with images and that way the programer can always visualize which model type is selected in the test program.
