Due to its technical innovations the LaserVision6 allows an extremly effective use in the production proccess. Time saving as well as the saving of expenses and a significant quality increase are the logical consequences.
This means an increased competitive capability when it comes to the inspection of printed circuit board assemblies.

By means of special angled LED lighting units and a homogeneous LED ring lighting from above, the new system separates the image and the analysis of the component detection (display of presence and position) from the characteristics test (solder joint inspection, polarity, shorted circuits, etc.).
For the component detection it is important that the edges of the components as well as the characteristics are easily found.

The angled lighting units provide the optimal means to visualize and analyze the edges and characteristics of components. The solder joint inspection needs homogeneous lighting from above to achieve ideal results.

With the modular build camera head the user can choose between a 1 megapixel or a 4 megapixel module
For higher test coverage, additional cameras offer the optimal use for fine pitch, SMD and THT components.
The inspection systems can be configured individually and thereby provide the flexibility for today's efficient production, no matter if high-mix/low-volume production or mass production.
