Customized development and production

In the department for measuring systems and test systems customized test systems for high volume as well as limited-lot production are developed and produced, both as standalone and inline solutions.

Our members of staff do have the expertise to select and combine the different technologies and procedures of electronics, image processing, mechanics and pneumatics. That way we achieve optimized solutions for our customers, regarding both technical and economic aspects and always aiming for a high production reliability.

Our test systems are used by our customers for instance as means of quality assurance in the form of optical and electronic verification, as final test for electronic devices or the measuring of mechanical part.
If requested by our customers we realize the integration of our system into the production environment, for instance the connection to SPS and QA-systems.

The user-interface and functionality of the S&K test systems and testsoftware complies with the most requirements to test electronic boards or electronic modules.

Many years experience on electronic test with low- and high production volume of boards are implemented. Especially the reproducibility of the quality-criteria and comprehensiveness of the test criteria, as well as optimisation of throughput for an economical test are taken into consideration. Also a field-approved fault handling and efficiently diagnostic-tools are implemented.

Especially the diagnostic- and debug-tools are very powerful and can be customized to your needs.
