Combined high voltage and function test

With the PC based test system with PXI / cPCI electronic measuring equipment a high voltage test as well as a connected function test are made. The adaption is done via spring contact pins that are implemented in the tandem drawers.
TAs all of the electronic measuring equipment has to be insulated against high voltage a high voltage relay matrix is implemented.

The high voltage test can be reliably done up to 2500 V DC.
The software assumes the sequence control as well as the display and filing of the error data.

Options, such as single step mode, deactivating of individual tests and multiple execution of one or more tests are part of the functional range. Set values can be easily edited.
