Boundary-Scan Test Software

Schneider & Koch uses two different kinds of BoundaryScan applications.

The S&K-Patterngenerator by Schneider & Koch

is used for simple tasks within the scope of incircuit-test applications with mostly only one Boundaryscan-able component. This tool was developt and used by Schneider & Koch with long time experience. This software generates the tests by using the pin electronics and the programming language of the test system. That way infrastructure tests and connection tests can be generated.

More complex tasks, starting with circuit design and going on the production with different hardware platforms are generated based on the product DIATEM® by TEMENTO. In this context Schneider & Koch acts as an elite partner to TEMENTO.
